Todd Martin is the Sr. Human Resources Manager for the Allstate Insurance Corporation where he has worked for 25 years. Throughout Todd's tenure with Allstate he has held critical roles within the organization such as an Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Corporate Relations Manager to include the role of Sales Agent and Accounting Manager. In the last 13 years of his career with Allstate, Todd has been in the role of Human Resources Manager and most recently that of HR Business Partner to the Texas Sales Organization with the responsibility of onboarding Independent Exclusive Allstate Agents.

These roles have provided Todd with a holistic and strategic overview of the Allstate organization and where it is headed in the twenty first century with its aggressive recruitment strategies for onboarding Independent Exclusive Allstate Agents and with a specific focus on recruiting women and minorities in regards to the changing U.S. demographics for leveraging the Allstate brand.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and serves on the board for Our Children's House at Irving, a Irving and Baylor Healthcare Foundation. Todd is also a volunteer with Junior Achievement, Special Olympics, and the Texas Council on Family Violence. Todd is married and has two daughters.
