Renée Hornbaker has had more than 30 years of experience in financial management and has served since 2006 as chief financial officer of Shared Technologies Inc. which provides telecommunications infrastructure and support and is a Fortune 100 Best Company to work for. Previously Renée was a principal with RH Partners, a consulting firm she founded. Before then she served as the chief financial officer of Flowserve Corporation, a Fortune 1000 international manufacturing and industrial services firm. Prior to becoming its CFO, Ms. Hornbaker held positions of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Earlier, Ms. Hornbaker held senior financial executive positions with a number of firms including the Phelps Dodge Corporation and the Circle K Corporation. Renée also served as a Senior Manager in the Audit Practice of Deloitte & Touche.

Ms. Hornbaker serves on the board of directors of Eastman Chemical Company, a Fortune 500 industrial business, and chairs its audit committee. She also serves on its Finance and Health, Safety, Environment and Security committees. She is a member of Financial Executives International and is President of the Dallas Chapter for 2010 - 2011. She serves on the board of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors where she currently is Chair of its program committee. She is also a member of Women’s Corporate Directors and the International Women’s Forum, and advisory boards for the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance Women’s Program and the Dallas CFO Roundtable.
