Providing a unique combination of extensive experience, leading-edge treatments and compassionate care, Dr. Waldrep has been recognized as one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas for the 10th consecutive year. As a board certified obstetrician gynecologist specializing in obstetrics, laparoscopic surgery, pelvic floor reconstruction, urinary incontinence treatment and clinical research, her patients benefit from the latest research and techniques in a patient-friendly setting.

After 27 years in private practice, Dr. Waldrep continues to enjoy her patients and she loves caring for them utilizing the latest technologies available. Most recently, she is trained in single port laparoscopic surgery (SPA – single port approach) and the use of robotic surgery when appropriate.

After completing medical school, Dr. Waldrep did her residency in OB-Gyn at Parkland Memorial Hospital and was Chief Resident from 1982 to 1983. She is a fellow of the College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, past Chief of Staff-Medical City Dallas Hospital, past President of Southwestern Gynecologic Assembly, and serves on the boards of the Parkland Foundation and Young Life.

As Clinical Director of Practice Research Organization (PRO), she is very involved with many clinical research studies relating to women’s health.
