Lucy Billingsley has spent her career in real estate, developing and managing office buildings, design centers, multi-family, retail and industrial properties, and master-planned communities. Lucy and Henry Billingsley started Billingsley Company as joint partners in 1978 to manage their growing real estate portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The company specializes in developing master-planned and mixed-use communities, which include: International Business Park, The Neighborhoods of Austin Ranch, Cypress Waters and the Arts Plaza campus in Dallas’ Arts District.
Prior to her focus on Billingsley Company, Lucy was Chief Executive Officer of the Dallas Market Center, she led the expansion of the Crow Design Centers in Houston and Boston, and she grew Wyndham Jade to become the largest privately owned travel agency in the Southwest.
Lucy’s primary philanthropic activities include: The Chiapas Project, Grameen Foundation USA, Women for Women International, National Geographic Society Council of Advisors, World Affairs Council (Dallas), Brain and Creativity Institute at USC, Council of Foreign Relations, The Hockaday School, and The Hunter and Stephanie Hunt Institute for Engineering and Humanity Advisory Board. 
Lucy Billingsley was born and raised in Dallas and is a graduate of The University of Texas with a B.B.A. in finance. She presently lives in Dallas with her husband, Henry, and has four adult children.
Steve Brookshire is a principal of Pegasus Ablon Properties, a commercial real estate firm with a wide range of acquisition, development and management activities, and he is also managing principal of Atlantic Financial Group, a real estate investment and leasing company. Steve's 30 years of business experience include work as a CPA with Arthur Young, as a banker with Citibank, and as a corporate treasury officer with several public reporting companies. After launching his own business, Steve has closed over $7 billion in predominately single-tenant real estate acquisitions and leases across the United States and Puerto Rico.
Steve has a passion for social justice, and has been involved with Esperanza International in various volunteer capacities for about 5 years. Among other things, Steve makes 3-4 trips to the Dominican Republic per year accompanying new individuals and organizations that might wish to "partner" with Esperanza in transforming lives. These travels have included 4 trips in the past two years with individuals associated with Chiapas International.
Steve and his wife Gail are actively involved in the ministries of Wilshire Baptist Church in Dallas and in other volunteer efforts through Buckner International and Interfaith Housing Coalition. Their son Andy will be graduating from Vanderbilt in the spring. Steve graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University with a BBA in accounting.
